Brandi has been serving on the OTP board of directors since 2008. She has served as both President and Secretary during that time. She has also been a member of the play selection committee for the past few years. Brandi has been involved in theatre for over twenty years and enjoys it more and more every show. She has been in a number of plays throughout the Indianapolis area. She has not only acted, but also directed, stage managed, and costumed shows. While she enjoys being involved in different theatres, she considers OTP to be her home. She hopes for many more years of theatre with this wonderful group. |

Mike has been involved with Our Town Players since 1996, and has either appeared on stage or worked behind the scenes in 15 OTP productions to date. Although OTP is his “home” theater, Mike has performed in over 50 plays, musicals and operas at various central Indiana theaters and venues, and currently serves on other theater boards as well. In 2006, Mike appeared in the OTP production “Taking Leave” as Eliot Pryne, a role for which he received an Encore Association nomination for best actor in a drama. His favorite roles include Ebenezer Scrooge in “Scrooge” the musical, Gerard Carriere in “Phantom,” Norman Thayer in “On Golden Pond” and Eliot Pryne in “Taking Leave.” As a senior member of Our Town Players, Mike would like to invite everyone to come join in the fun! |

Debbie has been with Our Town Players since 1996. She has served on the Board of Directors during many of those years, and has performed onstage and worked behind the scenes. She is active with Buck Creek Players, and along with husband Mike, volunteer at Footlite Musicals. She also performs with Merry Mac Players in Martinsville. Her interests include reading (Bible Study, history, Things that go bump in the night) and HGTV! She & Mike are proud parents to Matt & Elizabeth. |

Mac has been with OTP for one and a half years now and has worked on mostly lights for the last four shows. He has been in technical theatre for 35 years and has worked on over 200 productions. Most of those productions were with the City College of San Francisco, but Mac has also worked with Edyvean, Indianapolis Civic and Indiana Repertory Theatre. In addition to Mark Nash he has also worked with Lee Meriwether and Marshall Borden. He has written several plays—four of which have been produced. Mac appreciates OTP for giving him the opportunity to continue his theatrical experience. |
James Marietta Board Member |
James Marietta has been associated with Our Town Players for over a year. He recently joined the Board of Directors. Besides helping backstage and building sets, his on stage roles include Professor Bhaer in Little Women, the Indian Great Big Little Panther and Mullins the pirate in Peter Pan. He has also played the Disciple James in The Room Upstairs, as well as many other biblical characters at VBS camps. Super Hero Big Time, Ramsey, Moses, and Jesus are just a few; however, it was the character of Doctor Donut where he perfected his accent. The kids loved it! James volunteers as a church camp counselor and VBS drama bible adventure leader in the summer. He is a member of the Tabernacle Christian Church and helps lead the children’s choir. By day, James works in the maintenance and kiln drying departments at MacBeath Hardwoods in Edinburgh, Indiana. Along with acting, James enjoys gardening, woodworking, playing guitar, and weightlifting. Married to his wife Dana, they have one daughter. |
Dana Marietta Board Member |
Dana Marietta has also been involved in OTP for about a year. Along with her husband, James, she has recently joined the Board of Directors. Her past OTP productions include the role of Josephine in Little Women, and an Indian Maid in Peter Pan. She has also portrayed Namoi in The Room Upstairs, and various other characters including an astronaut, mad scientist, and Cleopatra for local VBS and Church Camps. With her husband, together they lead the drama bible adventures at the Edinburgh United Methodist Vacation Bible School each year. Dana volunteers as a Girl Scout co-leader, secretary of the GS Redbud Service Unit, camp counselor for the Disciples of Christ Camp in Bedford, IN, unit leader/ assistant at Dellwood Girl Scout Camp, and song leader for the Tabernacle Children’s Choir. Her employer is Danzer Veneer Americas in Edinburgh, Indiana where she works in the accounting department. She enjoys singing with the Tabernacle Christian Church Adult Choir, scrapbooking with friends, and trying to keep up with her 10 year old daughter. |
Linda Morse Board Member |
Linda Miller-Morse started in theater back when she was in elementary school. Although she has occasionally been on stage most of her work is backstage. She has worked with costumes, props, set construction, publicity (including programs) and she has even been a part of the orchestra. She is an adjunct for Ivy Tech Community College. She also works for Franklin College as an Educational Supervisor. She has several nieces and nephews in Franklin with more in Michigan and Oregon. She loves to travel with her husband Robbie. |

Denise has been a part of the Our Town Players family since November of 1997, when she portrayed Jacqueline in "Boeing, Boeing." She joined the Board of Directors in November 2009. Denise has been married since 1994 to Rick, and is the mother of 3 children: Bryan, Nicholas and Rachel. She received a Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in 1996, and began her career with the Meijer pharmacy. In 2004, she changed her career direction and began to work at Eli Lilly and Company in the Product Complaint Quality Organization. Denise belongs to St. Roch Catholic Church, located on the southside of Indianapolis, where she contributes to the services as a lector and cantor. Her interests include reading, going to the movies, shopping, and playing card games or board games with her family, and of course acting. |
